Important Notice For Licensees Affected By Hurricane IKE
The Commission is planning to meet on an emergency basis on Tuesday, September 23, 2008, to consider emergency rules that may alleviate some of the burdens for licensees directly affected by the hurricane. Check the web site for more information.
At this meeting Emergency rules were passed.
As with any new rule there can be hic ups. I am convienced that the staff at TREC will work to make the process less of a problem for those affected by IKE.
