Real Estate School May Be In Big Trouble.

On April 18, 2008 in Federal District Court Western District in Austin a copyright infringement suit was filed against a Texas Real Estate School. The school in trouble is not Capital Real Estate Training. The suit was filed by one of if not the largest real estate publishers in the nation.

This school claims to be the largest real estate school in Texas and even has made claims that one of their products is "So Unique It's Patented". The patent claim has since been proven false.
